Managing Director, Robert Haylock established Machinepart Engineering 16 years ago and the company now employs 16 staff to equal every year it’s been in business. Machinepart Engineering produces components from engineering materials to the highest quality for use in a variety of industries, including aerospace, communications, biotech and food process machinery sectors. Machinepart provides accurate, fast turnaround from prototype to production quantities of plastic or metal component parts.
Using the new waterjet cutting machine they can now cut complex shapes from a wide range of materials from foam to armoured plate. Water jet cutting uses an ultra high power water jet with an added abrasive agent to cut materials with pin point accuracy.
